Blocking doesn't seem to be working
If you encounter a technical issue, don't worry. Try these four steps in order, and 99% of problems should resolve quickly. The app selection screen may present some instabilities (frequent crashes, inability to view a category, empty lists...). We have reported these technical issues to Apple and are awaiting fixes from them. These issues are common across all screen time applications, as this screen is provided by Apple. Time limits on Jomo rely on Apple’s Screen Time data. Occasionally, incorrect data is sent to Jomo, often due to bugs in Screen Time. To fix this issue, you need to review the blocked content for all of your sessions and conditions to ensure that you haven't selected a related web domain using Apple's native list. For example, if Messenger is blocked, check that facebook.com or messenger.com are unselected in all your blocking rules. Estimated screen time is incorrect
Jomo provides an estimate of your daily screen time on your iPhone/iPad. It's used in various parts of the app where Apple's Screen Time data isn't yet accessible: blocking rules (limits, etc.), squads, widgets, and more. Your estimated screen time should closely match your actual screen time (a 5-10 minute difference is normal). The great strength of Jomo is that it presents you with a more faithful screen time than Apple's, which explains why sometimes the two differ. What do you mean, more accurate?
