My screen time on Jomo is different from Apple's screen time

Isn't your screen time on Jomo the same as your screen time on Apple? We'll explain!

The great strength of Jomo is that it presents you with a more faithful screen time than Apple's, which explains why sometimes the two differ.
What do you mean, more accurate? Yes, via Screen Time, Apple recovers the time during which your phone is switched on. But this doesn't mean it's actually being used. For example, when you've stopped using it, put it down, but not locked it. You can't call that screen time, can you? Well, at Jomo, we've taken it upon ourselves to remove this so-called “parasitic” time.

🛠️ How does screen time work at Jomo?

Data is sent via a secure system provided by Apple. They are supplied directly by the Screen Time service. Jomo has the option of adjusting the data, in particular to subtract items such as the famous “inactive” time.

If you want to check for accuracy or discrepancies, you can go to the Screen Time section of your iPhone, and add up the time spent on each app. You'll get the same time as Jomo!

❌ How to exclude apps from your Jomo screen time?

Are there apps distorting your calculations that you'd like to get rid of? No problem, we've got just the thing. On Jomo, you can exclude apps from your screen time. To find out more, take a look at this article
