Why is Jomo showing too much screen time for some apps?

We’re really sorry you’re experiencing this issue and we're truly sorry that it may affect your experience with Jomo.

However, this is a recent Screen Time bug introduced in iOS 18, which duplicates the time spent on certain apps. The result? Multiple apps show the same screen time, even if you didn’t use them (e.g., 30 minutes on Wallet or Passwords).

How can I fix this bug?

On your iPhone

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Screen Time.
  3. Tap See All App & Website Activity.
  4. Check if the data matches what you see in Jomo.
  5. Go back to Screen Time.
  6. Tap Turn Off App & Website Activity.

  1. Force restart your iPhone.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to Screen Time.
  4. Tap App & Website Activity.
  5. Turn it back on.
  6. Restart your iPhone normally.

If the issue persists, please update your iPhone to the latest iOS Version.

In Jomo

  1. Open Jomo > Home.
  2. Tap 🔄
  3. Wait a few seconds.

How can I remove those apps?

Only apps downloaded from the App Store can be excluded. System apps like Passwords, Health, Settings, Screenshots, or Wallet can’t be removed.

  1. Open Jomo > Home.
  2. Go to .
  3. Tap Excluded Apps.
  4. Add the apps you want to exclude.
  5. Tap Select.

How can you prevent this from happening again?

If you’re using another screen time app, please delete it from your phone. When multiple third-party apps connect to Screen Time, it can cause issues with tracking app usage.

This bug comes from Screen Time and affects all apps that rely on it. We’re actively working with other developers and Apple to help fix this issue ASAP.
