Screen time detailed data no longer displays on iOS 16

Your Home Screen on Jomo Isn't Showing App Details Anymore? Here’s What to Do!

When updating from iOS 16 to iOS 17, some technical changes were made to Screen Time, specifically regarding data transmission. Although we did our best to fix this technical issue, we currently have no official fix from Apple.

⚠️ This problem affects ALL Screen Time apps and ONLY concerns data (not app blocking).

🛠️ How to Retrieve Detailed App Data?

To get your Jomo back to how it was, we encourage you to update your iPhone to iOS 17 or iOS 18. This will allow you to access the home screen with the Screen Time Journaling feature again!

🤔 Can I Continue Using Jomo with iOS 16?

You can still use Jomo for app blocking without any issues. This only affects data (trends, home screen, etc.). We have done our best to provide you with Screen Time data, but it remains an "estimate" made by Jomo and may have some inconsistencies. Learn more

❓ Can I Use Jomo on a Version Older Than iOS 16?

No, Jomo is not compatible with devices running iOS versions older than 16. This is due to technical constraints and limitations that we unfortunately cannot overcome.
