How to use Jomo on iPad?
The iPad version isn’t yet optimized for the device. It’s currently a port of the iPhone version. We're working on a fully optimized iPad version. If the interface feels off, don’t worry — it doesn’t affect Jomo’s core features or app blocking.
To make sure Jomo works on your iPad, please check that it's compatible (iPadOS 16+).

How can I check if my iPad is compatible?
- Open Settings.
- Tap
General. - Tap
About. - Look for the iPadOS version number.
Only devices running iPadOS 16+ are supported.
How do I download Jomo on iPad?
You have two options
- Tap this link to be redirected.
- Search directly on the App Store.
- Open the App Store.
- Search for
Jomo screen time. - Tap
Get.
If Jomo doesn’t show up, make sure to select iPhone Apps at the top of the search results.
I already have a Jomo account (and subscription). What should I do?
First, make sure
- Your iPad and iPhone use the same Apple ID.
- You've created a Jomo account. Learn more
- You have an active subscription.
How to log in to Jomo
- Open Jomo.
- On the welcome screen, tap
Already have an account. - Log in.
How to restore my subscription
- Creating a Jomo account is required. Learn more
- Open Jomo > Profile.
- Go to
Settings. - Scroll down and tap
Restore Purchases.
Note: If the iPad belongs to another family member or uses a different Apple ID, you’ll need to switch to a Family plan or Lifetime plan. Jomo does not support subscription sharing across different Apple IDs. Thanks for your understanding.
