How to share my Jomo Plus subscription between multiple devices?
In this article, you’ll find all the useful information you need to share your subscription across your personal devices. We recommend taking your time and carefully following the instructions.

How do I share my subscription across my devices?
First, keep in mind: one subscription = one person. If you want to share your subscription with others, please refer to the eligible plans below.
To make sure sharing works properly:
- All your devices must use the same Apple ID.
- All your devices must use the same Jomo account.
- You must tap Restore Purchases on all devices.
Create a Jomo account:
- Open Jomo.
- Go to Profile ▸ Settings.
- Tap Sign in / Sign up.
- Follow the instructions.
Log into the same account on all devices:
▸ Just downloaded Jomo on a new device?
- Open Jomo.
- On the home screen, tap Already have an account.
- Log in.
▸ Already inside the app?
- Open Jomo.
- Go to Profile ▸ ….
- Tap Log In.
- Log in.
Restore purchases:
- Open Jomo.
- Go to Profile ▸ ….
- Tap Restore Purchases.

Still not working? Contact us at hello@jomo.so and include the email used for your Jomo account, along with proof of subscription.
