Wait, why do I have to ask Apple for a refund?

Jomo subscriptions are only available through the App Store. When you take a Jomo subscription, you are actually purchasing it from Apple on the App Store. This means that Apple processes all individual payments, and Jomo is not able to grant refund requests on their behalf. We receive our share at the beginning of each month through the payment of "royalties".

No worries, requesting a refund from Apple is a very quick and smooth process. It takes less than a minute, and if you don't abuse it, you are assured to get a refund in a very short time (~48-72h).
