Having trouble accessing your Jomo account on your Mac? Don't worry! This guide will help you seamlessly log in to your account on a Mac. Follow these easy steps to get started.

1. Check Your Account on the iOS App



First, you need to verify the status of your account on your iPhone or iPad.

Open the Jomo iOS app.
Navigate to Profile > Settings.
Look at the Account Section.

If You See “Create An Account” and “Sign In” Cells



This indicates you're using a guest account on the iOS app. To proceed, you need to create a “real” Jomo account.

Tap on "Create an account".
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new Jomo account.
After creating your account, refer to the next section titled “If You See An "Account" Cell”.

If You See An “Account” Cell



This means you already have a Jomo account.

Tap on the "Account" cell.
The email address associated with your Jomo account will be displayed.

Note this email address, as you’ll need it for the Mac app.

2. Sign In on the Mac App



Now, it's time to log in on your Mac. There are two ways to sign in:

During onboarding ﹣ On the welcome screen, select “I have a Jomo account”.
After onboarding, If using an anonymous account ﹣ Go to Settings > Sign In.

Once you reach the sign-in screen:

Enter the email address identified in the iOS app and press "Receive code by email".
You will receive a login code in your mailbox. Copy and paste it into Jomo to complete the sign-in process.
