How to restore my Jomo Plus purchase?

After re-downloading or reinstalling Jomo, your subscription has disappeared — no need to buy it again, it’s still there. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and is personal. If you didn’t have a Jomo account, don’t worry — your subscription hasn’t been lost. However, to avoid this kind of scare in the future, we strongly recommend creating a Jomo account.





How can you recover your lost subscription?


  1. Complete the signup flow as if it were your first time.
  2. Once the app is set up, go to Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases (at the very bottom).
