How to receive an invoice for my Jomo Plus subscription?

Jomo doesn’t handle payments directly and may charge you through a third-party platform. Please check where you purchased your subscription before continuing.



How to get an invoice (iOS App Store)?


  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Purchase History.
  4. Search for Jomo. Adjust the filters if you don’t see your purchase.
  5. Select the Jomo purchase you’re looking for.
  6. Under More Options, tap Resend Receipt.



How to get an invoice (Mac App Store)?


  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Click Purchase History.
  5. Search for Jomo. Adjust the filters if you don’t see your purchase.
  6. Select the Jomo purchase you’re interested in.
  7. Click the Resend button next to Email Receipt.



How to get an invoice (web payment with Stripe)?


  1. Open this link and log in using the same email as your Jomo account.


Through this link, you can manage your Jomo Plus plan and download invoices for each payment made.
