How to do Pomodoro with Jomo?
The Pomodoro method is all about working in "intervals." That means working in fixed time blocks, each followed by short, limited breaks.
The usual cycle looks like this
π 25 min focus > βΈοΈ 5 min break > π 25 min focus > βΈοΈ 5 min break > π 25 min focus > βΈοΈ 5 min break > π 25 min focus > π 15β30 min break.
Once finished, you can repeat the cycle.
