How to create an account on Jomo?
Creating an account is optional when signing up. To respect your privacy, Jomo only collects the minimum amount of data.
However, to share your subscription across multiple devices or avoid losing it when switching devices, we strongly recommend creating a Jomo account.
How do I know if I already have an account?
- Open Jomo > Profile.
- Tap
Settings
If you see a photo and an email → You have an account.
If there's no photo or email → You don’t have an account.
If Jomo returns an error during the Sign In
process → You don’t have an account.

Important: If you already have an account and sign in, your guest account and its rules will be deleted.

I signed up with Apple Sign In. What should I do?
When signing in on a new device, Apple will automatically link and fill in your data for you.
How do I change the email linked to my Jomo account?
Jomo never sends marketing emails. The only emails you’ll receive are replies from our support team (since requests are handled asynchronously, this is how we’ll reach you).
- Open Jomo > Profile.
- Tap
Settings
- Next to your name, tap
Edit
- Change the email
- Tap
Save
- Follow the instructions
How do I log out of my Jomo account?
- Open Jomo > Profile.
- Tap
Settings
- Scroll down and tap
Log out
Note: Logging out will erase all your data.
How do I delete my Jomo account?
- Open Jomo > Profile.
- Tap
Settings
- Scroll down and tap
Delete Account
Note: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
