How to create an account on Jomo?

Creating an account is optional when signing up. To respect your privacy, Jomo only collects the minimum amount of data.


However, to share your subscription across multiple devices or avoid losing it when switching devices, we strongly recommend creating a Jomo account.




How do I know if I already have an account?


  1. Open Jomo > Profile.
  2. Tap Settings


If you see a photo and an email → You have an account.

If there's no photo or email → You don’t have an account.

If Jomo returns an error during the Sign Inprocess → You don’t have an account.



How do I create an account?


Already in the app


  1. Open Jomo > Profile.
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Sign In / Sign Up


Important: If you already have an account and sign in, your guest account and its rules will be deleted.


New user


  1. Open Jomo.
  2. Tap Get Started.
  3. Follow the flow and finish it.
  4. Tap Settings
  5. Tap Sign In / Sign Up



I signed up with Apple Sign In. What should I do?


When signing in on a new device, Apple will automatically link and fill in your data for you.



How do I change the email linked to my Jomo account?


Jomo never sends marketing emails. The only emails you’ll receive are replies from our support team (since requests are handled asynchronously, this is how we’ll reach you).


  1. Open Jomo > Profile.
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Next to your name, tap Edit
  4. Change the email
  5. Tap Save
  6. Follow the instructions



How do I log out of my Jomo account?


  1. Open Jomo > Profile.
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Log out


Note: Logging out will erase all your data.



How do I delete my Jomo account?


  1. Open Jomo > Profile.
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account


Note: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
