How to set a daily screen time goal?
The Screen Time Goal is a guide to help you gradually reduce your phone usage. It’s only indicative—think of it as a gentle reminder. It will never block access to your phone or any installed apps. If your apps are blocked, please check your rules in the Rules
section.
How can I set a Screen Time Goal?

Note: You can set multiple goals (as long as they don’t overlap). For example, 2h30 on weekdays and 3h30 on weekends.

I’m lost. What budget should I set?
To make it easier to stick with your goal, we suggest choosing a reasonable value that’s not too far from your current usage. The idea is to reduce it gradually until you reach a level you're happy with. For example, you can start by lowering it by 15 to 30 minutes per day in the first week. Then by 1 hour the next week, and so on.
How can I tell if I’m close to or have exceeded my budget?
You’ve got two options
- Add the budget widget to your home screen.
- Turn on notifications.
To enable notifications

to change the value and enable notifications.
Note: To turn off notifications, simply set the value to 0 (= No).
