Jomo Plus Family: How to share my plan?

In this article, you’ll find all the useful information you need to share your Lifetime plan with up to 5 family members.We recommend taking your time and carefully following the instructions.

How do I share my subscription with someone else?

Subscription sharing is not available on Jomo. To share access, you need the Lifetime Plan, which allows sharing with up to 5 family members (via iCloud Family Sharing only).

To enable it:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. If you don’t already have an iCloud Family, on Family, tap Set up.
4. Tap Purchase Sharing.
5. Follow the instructions.

If the app doesn’t appear, make sure it is not hidden from purchases. If it still doesn’t work or you purchased Jomo Plus from our website, contact us at hello@jomo.so with the emails of your family members, your email, and proof of purchase.
