How To Manage or Cancel Jomo Plus Subscription?

In this article, you’ll find all the information related to your Jomo Plus subscription: changing plans, canceling, getting a refund, getting a student discount, and more. We recommend taking your time and carefully following the instructions.



How does the 3-day free trial work?


⚠️ The 3-day free trial is only available on the annual plan and only during onboarding. Once used, it cannot be renewed.


To activate it:


  1. Download Jomo for free on the App Store.
  2. Open Jomo.
  3. Tap Get Started.
  4. When the paywall appears, select 12 Months.
  5. Tap Try free for 3 Days.
  6. Enable notifications to receive a reminder 24 hours before it ends.


🚩 If you do not cancel it yourself, you will be automatically charged $29.99 by Apple or via our payment system (Stripe, price may vary depending on your region). The team cannot cancel the subscription for you under any circumstances. The subscription renews automatically on the anniversary date.


How do I cancel my subscription?


Only active subscriptions can be canceled.


If you subscribed via the App Store:


  1. Open Jomo.
  2. Go to Profile ▸  .
  3. Tap the Manage button on the subscription card.
  4. Tap Manage again.
  5. In the App Store, on Jomo, tap Cancel Subscription.




If you subscribed via our website:


  1. Open this link on your device.
  2. Log in with your Jomo account.
  3. Cancel your subscription.


How can I get a refund?


According to App Store policies, subscriptions older than 30 days are no longer eligible for a refund. Please make sure your request meets this condition.


If you subscribed via the App Store:


  1. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Tap I’d like to, then select Request a refund.
  3. Choose a reason.
  4. Tap Next.
  5. Select Jomo.
  6. Tap Submit.



Since we’re the developers of the app, we don’t have a Jomo subscription, so I used another app as an example. But of course select Jomo


All refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. They usually process requests within 72 hoursIf Apple rejects your requestthe Jomo team cannot override their decision.



If you subscribed via our website:


  1. Contact us at hello@jomo.so.
  2. Provide your email (used for your Jomo account) and proof of purchase dated within 30 days.


How do I use a promo code?


In Jomo, there are two types of codes: referral codes and promo codes.


  • Referral codes give you 14 days of Jomo Plus (shared by influencers or other users).
  • Promo codes give you a percentage discount (shared by the Jomo team in specific cases).


If you have a promo code from the team:


  1. Open this link on your device.
  2. Log in with your Jomo account.
  3. Enter the promo code in the dedicated field.
  4. Complete the payment.


If you have a referral code:


  1. Open Jomo.
  2. Go to Profile ▸ … ▸ Enter a referral code.


How do I apply the student discount?


The student offer gives 50% off the annual planMonthly and Lifetime plans ARE NOT eligible. To apply, complete our form and provide a valid student ID (or equivalent proof). 🚩 Access the discount

Once approved:

  1. Open the link provided in the confirmation email.
  2. Complete the purchase with the discounted price.

The discount can be renewed, but you must reapply each year with updated proof.


How do I get an invoice for my purchase / subscription?


The team cannot generate custom invoices. Please make sure to enter the correct details at checkout.


If you subscribed via the App Store:


  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon (top-right).
  3. Tap Purchase History.
  4. Find Jomo (adjust filters if needed).
  5. Select the purchase.
  6. Under More Options, tap Resend Receipt.




If you subscribed via our website:


  1. Open this link on your device.
  2. Log in with your Jomo account.
  3. Download your invoice.
