How to share my Jomo Plus subscription between multiple devices?

Would you like to benefit from Jomo Plus on several devices? We're here to help.



On Jomo, to limit the collection of personal data, we've made account creation optional. This has advantages (respect for personal data, RGPD...) but also disadvantages (each device is a new account). Rest assured, it's very simple and will only take a minute.


☝️ Before getting started, it's important to check two things :

Your Apple account (Apple ID) must be identical on all your devices. The Jomo Plus subscription is linked to this account and cannot be shared between several IDs.
Your devices must use the same Jomo account. One account = one subscription. If you use multiple Jomo accounts, your subscription will keep activating / deactivating from one account to another, causing systematic data loss.



🆕 Create a Jomo account



By default, your account is categorized as “Anonymous”. Once the email is associated, it becomes a “real” account, ready to be deployed on all your devices! Here's how to create an account:

Open Jomo
Go to Profile > Settings.
Press Create Account.
Follow the instructions



🔑 Connect to the same Jomo account



Once you've created an account, you can link all your devices to it, so you can share your subscription with complete peace of mind.

Have you just downloaded the app?


Open the Jomo app on your new device.
At the top of the welcome screen, press "Already have an account? Sign in”.
Enter your Jomo account credentials.

Already in the app?


Open the Jomo application.
Go to Profile > Settings.
Press Log in.
Enter your Jomo account credentials.



💜 Restore subscription



Once you've logged in, it's time to retrieve your subscription. On some devices the operation is automatic, for others you need to do a little extra handling, here's how to proceed:

Open the Jomo application on your new device.
Go to Profile > Settings.
Press Restore Purchases.
Your Jomo Plus subscription will now be activated on this new device, allowing you to enjoy all Jomo's premium features on it!


👀 Tl;dr: Sharing your Jomo Plus plan between multiple devices is easy. Make sure all your devices are connected to the same Apple account, log in to the same Jomo account, then press “Restore Purchases” on each new device.
