How can I force myself to stick to my habits?


Here’s how it works


Complete specific tasks. Unlock apps as a reward.

Example: Until I’ve spent empty the dishwasher, Instagram stays blocked.


  1. Open Jomo.
  2. Go to Rules.
  3. Tap +.
  4. Choose Action.
  5. Select To-Do.
  6. In the header: Name your habit (e.g., 🍴 Empty the dishwasher )
  7. In Unblock: choose Instagram (for example).
  8. Tap Schedule.



How can I make sure it works?


If you think you might lose motivation, you can turn on Strict Mode. It makes the block stronger and reduces the chance of giving up. Learn more


  1. Open Jomo.
  2. Go to Rules.
  3. Tap your rule.
  4. Under Difficulty > Turn on Strict Mode.
  5. Tap Save.
