How to share my Jomo Plus subscription between multiple devices?

To share your subscription across multiple devices, make sure to follow each of these steps:


  1. Use the same Apple ID on all your devices.  
  2. Use the same Jomo account on all your devices.  
  3. Tap Restore Purchases on each device.


Please note that one subscription = one user. If you'd like to share your Jomo Plus subscription with others, consider switching to the Family Plan or purchasing the Lifetime Jomo Plus plan.




Create a Jomo Account


By default, you're using a Guest account (Anonymous). To create an account and share your subscription, you’ll need to enter your email address.


  1. Open Jomo.  
  2. Go to Profile > Settings.  
  3. Tap Create an account.  
  4. Follow the instructions.



Connect All Devices to the Same Jomo Account


Just downloaded Jomo on a new device?


  1. Open Jomo.  
  2. On the home screen, tap Already have an account […].  
  3. Log in.


Already inside the app?


  1. Open Jomo.  
  2. Go to Profile > Settings.  
  3. Tap Log In.  
  4. Log in.



Restore Purchases


Once your account is properly logged in on all your devices, your subscription should appear. If it doesn’t, you can manually trigger it:


  1. Open Jomo.  
  2. Go to Profile > Settings.  
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.



Still not working?


Make sure all devices are using the same Apple ID. To double-check, open your device’s Settings app — the first piece of info shown is the name and Apple ID currently connected to the device.


If you’re trying to share with a family member, you’ll need a family-compatible plan. Please switch to a Family subscription and follow the dedicated tutorial.
