Emergency Mode is only available twice a week (resets every Sunday at midnight). The team cannot increase or decrease this limit. Emergency Mode cannot and will not be removed from Jomo. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I remove Strict Mode from my rule?

1. Open Jomo > Profile
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Help & Feedback
4. Tap Emergency Mode
5. Tap Continue
6. Enter the code / PIN.
7. Disable Strict Mode on the desired rule.

Note: Disabling Strict Mode does not delete your rule — it only removes Strict Mode. If you want to delete the rule, you'll need to do it manually.

1. Increase the code length (max 250 characters).

1. Ask someone close to you to set a code for you.

Note: You won’t be able to reduce the number of characters later. The team also won’t be able to retrieve the PIN if it’s lost.
