How To Manage Notifications on Jomo?
In this article, you’ll find all the useful information you need about notifications in Jomo: how to turn them on or off, and what to do if you don’t receive them or if they aren’t working properly. We recommend taking your time and carefully following the instructions.

How to Turn Notifications On or Off?
Manage General Notifications
- Open Jomo, then go to Profile.
- Tap …, then Notifications.
- Turn the notifications you’re interested in on or off.
If you want to disable everything, turn on Turn all notifications off directly.

Manage Budget Reminders
- Open Jomo, then go to ….
- Tap Reminders.
- Set it to 0 to disable, or choose a time to enable it.

Manage Limit Reminders
- Open Jomo, then go to Rules.
- Tap your limit, then Be notified.
- Set it to 0 to disable, or choose a time to enable it.

How to Fix Notifications Not Working?
- Go to Jomo ▸ … ▸ Notifications, then uncheck Turn all notifications off.
- Go to the iPhone Settings app ▸ Apps ▸ Jomo, then turn notifications on.
- Force restart your iPhone (see how).
- Uninstall and reinstall Jomo on your iPhone. When the notification alert appears on screen, accept it.
