How to deactivate "Snooze" and "Refresh"?
For certain rules (especially sessions), you have the option to temporarily disable them. This is ideal if your schedule changes or you’re going on vacation. Also, if you experience issues with other rules (like actions and limits), you can choose to "Refresh" them.
We added these options because many of you requested them. However, some of you tend to overuse them. If that’s the case and you’d like to disable them, it’s possible.

💤 How to Block the "Disable" Option?
The "Disable" option allows you to temporarily mute a blocking rule (without deleting it permanently). This is perfect if you’re going on vacation, but can be a hassle if you find yourself constantly abandoning your blocking rules... That’s why you can set a weekly limit or completely disable this option. Here’s how:
- Go to Rules
- Tap on the 🎛️ icon
- Tap on Quotas
- Under Allowed Disables, select Limited
- Set the desired value (0 = remove)
- Confirm by tapping Apply

🔄 How to Block the "Refresh" Option?
The "Refresh" option allows you to restart a limit for apps that have been blocked. We added this option to give users an easy way to restart app blocking in case of technical issues. If you tend to overuse this option, here’s how to block it:
- Go to Rules
- Tap on the 🎛️ icon
- Tap on Quotas
- Under Allowed Refreshes, select Limited
- Set the desired value (0 = remove)
- Confirm by tapping Apply
