How can I force myself to use Strava?
If motivation alone isn’t enough, you can make yourself work out with Jomo.
Here’s how it works
Use Strava to pick a fitness challenge. Then log it in Jomo.
For example: As long as I haven’t run 5 miles (or km) / day, Instagram will stay blocked.
- Open Jomo.
- Go to Rules.
- Tap

. - Activity & Goal: Select the activity you need to complete your Strava challenge.
- Unblock: Choose Instagram (for example).

How can I make sure it works?
If you’re worried you might lose motivation, you can enable Strict Mode. It makes the block stronger and lowers the chances of you giving up. Learn more
