How to block websites on your iPhone/iPad using Jomo? (iOS 26+)

There are two ways to block websites with Jomo on iOS. Both methods block websites across all browsers.

Blocking popular sites like Facebook or Amazon with Method 1 may also block related apps (like Messenger or Prime Video). This doesn’t happen with Method 2.

Method #1 | Block websites on all browsers (recommended)

  1. Open Jomo > Rules.
  2. Tap the rule card of your choice.
  3. On the rule detail screen, tap the Block section.
  4. Select websites from the list, or type the URL directly in the search bar to go faster.

You can add up to 49 websites — they’ll be blocked on all browsers and tracked with your Limits.

Method #2 | Add custom websites (if not listed by Apple)

  1. Open Jomo > Rules.
  2. Tap the rule card of your choice.
  3. On the rule details screen, tap the Block section.
  4. In that screen, tap Additional Options & Websites at the bottom.
  5. Type the website URL manually, then tap Add.

This method is perfect if you can’t find a specific website in Apple’s default picker.

Unlike Method 1, it won’t cause any issues with related apps — but it’s not compatible with Limits.
