How can I use more MyFitnessPal?
Here’s how it works
Use MyFitnessPal for (say) 5 minutes (e.g., time to import your calories) to unlock one of your favorite apps on your phone.
Example: Until I’ve spent 5 minutes on MyFitnessPal, Instagram stays blocked.
- Open Jomo.
- Go to Rules.
- Tap

. - In After > Uses reaches: set 5 min / On: choose MyFitnessPal.
- In Unblock: choose Instagram (for example).

How can I make sure it works?
