How can I use more Headspace?


Here’s how it works


Use Headspace for (say) 15 minutes to unlock one of your favorite apps on your phone.

Example: Until I’ve spent 15 minutes on Headspace, Instagram stays blocked.


  1. Open Jomo.
  2. Go to Rules.
  3. Tap +.
  4. Choose Action.
  5. Select Good Apps.
  6. In After > Uses reaches: set 15 min / On: choose Headspace.
  7. In Unblock: choose Instagram (for example).
  8. Tap Schedule.



How can I make sure it works?


If you think you might lose motivation, you can turn on Strict Mode. It makes the block stronger and reduces the chance of giving up. Learn more


  1. Open Jomo.
  2. Go to Rules.
  3. Tap your Headspace rule.
  4. Under Difficulty > Turn on Strict Mode.
  5. Tap Save.
