How can I use more Calm?
Here’s how it works
Use Calm for (say) 15 minutes to unlock one of your favorite apps on your phone.
Example: Until I’ve spent 15 minutes on Calm, Instagram stays blocked.
- Open Jomo.
- Go to Rules.
- Tap

Good Apps
. - In After > Uses reaches: set 15 min / On: choose Calm.
- In Unblock: choose Instagram (for example).

How can I make sure it works?
If you think you might lose motivation, you can turn on Strict Mode. It makes the block stronger and reduces the chance of giving up. Learn more
