# Trying to focus: How to block every apps except Spotify?

Even when you're motivated, it can still be hard to stick to your goals—**especially when it comes to studying or working** (Deep Work mode, anyone?).

Here’s how to **block all your apps** for a short period, while keeping access to Spotify and its full library.

# **How can I block all apps except Spotify?**

1. Open **Jomo**.  
2. Go to **Rules**.  
3. Tap `+`.  
4. Choose `Quick Session`.  
5. Under Block > All Except: select everything **except Spotify**.  
6. Tap `Save`.  
7. Under **Active**: choose how long you want the block to last.  
8. Under **Difficulty**: pick your block intensity.  
9. Tap `Start`.  

**Note**: Some links required for proper functioning might be blocked. Make sure that domains like open.spotify.com, or any links related to Amazon Music aren't blocked. **If they are, add them to your exclusion list.**

# **How can I be sure that everything is really blocked?**

4. Under Difficulty: turn on Strict Mode.
