# Trying to focus: How to block every apps except Amazon Music?

Even when you're motivated, it can still be hard to stick to your goals—**especially when it comes to studying or working**. 

Learn how to block all your apps for a short time **while still keeping access to Amazon Music and your library.**

# **How can I block&#32;**all apps except**&#32;Amazon Music?**

1. Open **Jomo**.  
2. Go to **Rules**.  
3. Tap `+`.  
4. Choose `Quick Session`.  
5. Under **Block** > **All Except**: select everything **except** Amazon Music.  
6. Tap `Save`.  
7. Under **Active**: choose how long you want the block to last.  
8. Under **Difficulty**: pick your block intensity.  
9. Tap `Start`.  

**Note**: Some links required for proper functioning might be blocked. Make sure that domains like amazon.com, prime.com, or any links related to Amazon Music aren't blocked. **If they are, add them to your exclusion list.**


# **How can I be sure suret that everything is really blocked?**

1. Open **Jomo**.  
2. Go to **Rules**.  
3. Tap on your rule.  
4. Under **Difficulty**: **turn on Strict Mode.&#32;&#32;**
5. Tap `Save`.
