# [Mac App] How to exclude websites from blocking on your Mac using Jomo?

Some websites offer multiple services under the same URL, like **YouTube** and **YouTube Music**. If you block YouTube, everything is blocked. That's why Jomo provides an exclusion list!

## ❌ How to Exclude a Website from Blocking?

1. Create your blocking rule.
2. Click on ${color}[#0061ff](**Apps & Websites**), then on ${color}[#0061ff](**Websites**).
3. In the ${color}[#0061ff](**Websites**) section, add the site you want to block (for example, `youtube.com`).
4. Then, below in the ${color}[#0061ff](**Exceptions**) section, add the site you don't want to block (for example, `music.youtube.com`).
5. Complete your rule setup and confirm!
