# How to exclude apps from your screen time in Jomo?

Some apps can eat into your daily Jomo screen time budget **without really adding value**. That’s why we recommend **excluding them from your budget.**

# **How can I exclude apps from my budget?**

1. Open **Jomo** > **Home**.  
2. Tap `…`.  
3. Tap `Excluded Apps`.  
4. Select the apps you want to exclude from the list.  
5. Tap `Select`.
