Pomodoro means working in “intervals,” alternating focus phases with recovery phases, so **Work - Break**. Each work session lasts 25 minutes, and each break, except the last one which marks the end of the cycle, lasts 5 minutes. Once the cycle is complete, it can be repeated.

1. Open **Jomo**, then tap **Start Blocking**.
2. Tap **Block now**.
3. In **Block**, choose the content you want to block.
4. In **Active**, set **1 hr 55 min**, which is 4×25 minutes + 3×5 minutes.
5. In **Unlocks**, set **3 times for 5 min each time**, **Do nothing to unblock**, and **25 minutes between unlocks**.
6. Confirm by tapping **New template**.

Then all you need to do is start the session. To track the time, use a separate timer.
