# **Reinstall Jomo on Your Device**

Still not working? You can try reinstalling Jomo on your device to start fresh. In most cases, this resolves the issues. Note that deleting Jomo from your phone will result **in the loss of your blocking rules and saved templates.** We are actively working on the backup feature, but it is not yet available.
